Customs Extends Comment Period for Country of Origin Marking Requirements for Wearing Apparel

The U.S. Customs Service has extended the public comment period for a proposed rule requiring country of origin marking on wearing apparel from January 16, 1996, to March 18, 1996, in response to comments received on the initial proposal published on November 16, 1995.
