SBA Proposes Changes to 8(a) Business Development Program

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to update the 8(a) Business Development program, which provides assistance to small disadvantaged businesses, in response to the government's regulatory reform initiative and a review of Federal procurement affirmative action programs.
