Commodity Futures Trading Commission to Amend Employee Personnel Records

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is issuing a notice of intent to amend its Employee Personnel/Payroll Records system to include new routine uses required by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
