Filtration Manufacturing, Inc., et al. Agree to Settlement Over Alleged Unfair Trade Practices

Filtration Manufacturing, Inc., an Alabama-based company, and three of its officers have agreed to a settlement, prohibiting them from making unsubstantiated claims about the performance and efficacy of their air cleaning products, and from using misleading trade names such as 'Allergy 2000'.
