Budget Marketing, Inc. and Dealers Agree to Settlement Over Alleged Telemarketing Violations

Budget Marketing, Inc. and 11 of its Iowa-based dealers have agreed to a settlement with the government, agreeing to stop misrepresenting magazine subscriptions, threatening consumers, and violating consumer protection laws, including the Electronic Fund Transfer Act.
