Request for Comments Concerning Guides for the Watch Industry

The Federal Trade Commission (the ``Commission'') is requesting public comments on proposed revisions to the Guides for the Watch Industry (``the Watch Guides'' or ``the Guides''). The Commission also is soliciting comment about whether there is a continuing need for the Watch Guides. All interested persons are hereby given notice of the opportunity to submit written data, views and arguments concerning this proposal. This information will assist the Commission in determining whether the Guides should be revised and retained, or whether the Guides should be rescinded.
