EPA Proposes New Rule for Benzidine-Based Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a rule requiring companies to notify the agency 90 days prior to manufacturing, importing, or processing benzidine-based substances for any use not listed in the rule, in an effort to protect human health from potential exposure.
