EEOC Establishes OWBPA Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee to Develop Age Discrimination in Employment Act Rule

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is forming a Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee to discuss and develop a proposed rule under the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act of 1990, with public input invited from interested parties
