EPA Approves Iowa's Operating Permits Program for Clean Air Act Compliance

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted interim approval to Iowa's Operating Permits Program, allowing the state to issue permits to major stationary sources and other eligible facilities in compliance with federal regulations under the Clean Air Act.
