Certain Chemicals; Availability of Reregistration Eligibility Decision Documents for Comment

This notice announces the availability of the Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED) documents for the pesticide chemicals cases Chloro-m-xylenol, Dowicil CTAC, Fosamine Ammonium, Piperalin, Polybutene, Terbuthylazine, and (Z)-9-tricosene. It also begins a 60- day public comment period of these documents. The REDs are the Agency's summary documents of its scientific assessments of the human health and environmental data bases for these pesticide chemicals. They also include the Agency's regulatory conclusions regarding the future registration of uses and products containing these chemicals as active ingredients.
