EPA Approves Arkansas' Operating Permits Program for Clean Air Act Compliance

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted interim approval to the State of Arkansas' Operating Permits program, submitted by the Arkansas Department of Pollution Control and Ecology (ADPCE), to meet federal requirements for issuing operating permits to major stationary sources and other eligible facilities.
