OPM Proposes Extension of Private Sector Temporaries in Federal Agencies

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing to extend the use of private sector temporaries in Federal agencies from 120 calendar days to 120 work days, allowing for more flexibility in operations. This change is aimed at improving agency efficiency, as recommended by the National Performance Review.
