EPA Proposes to Act on California State Implementation Plan Revision to Meet Clean Air Act Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to include negative declarations for two volatile organic compound source categories in the California State Implementation Plan to meet the requirements of the Clean Air Act, as amended in 1990, following a direct final rule without prior proposal.
