Redelegation of Authority

In this notice, the Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing redelegates to certain HUD officials in field offices (also referred to as State and Area offices) the power and authority to order Limited Denials of Participation (LDPs). A Limited Denial of Participation is a sanction which may be imposed against contractors and participants in HUD programs under certain circumstances. The Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing redelegates authority to issue LDPs, as specified, to the Directors and Deputy Directors of Public Housing and to the Administrators of Field Offices of Native American Programs.
