EPA to Host Public Meeting on Streamlining Approval of Analytical Methods and Increasing Flexibility in Existing Test Methods

The Office of Science and Technology within the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hosting a public meeting to discuss approaches to streamline the approval process for analytical methods under the Clean Water Act and increase flexibility in existing test methods. The meeting will focus on procedures for new method promulgation, emerging technology adoption, quality control, data reporting, and harmonization with other EPA and industry methods.
