Notice of Draft Report and Comment Period for Onshore and Gas Program

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking public comment on a draft report regarding the onshore and gas program, which administers over 51,000 oil and gas leases on 39 million acres of federal lands, generating $600 million in annual royalty income, and proposes transferring inspection and enforcement responsibilities to states and tribes.
