EPA Proposes to Revoke Significant New Use Rule for Ethane 1,1,1-Trifluoro-, Citing New Data

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revoke a significant new use rule for ethane 1,1,1-trifluoro- due to new data that suggests the substance does not pose an unreasonable risk to human health, as required by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Written comments on the proposal must be submitted by October 13, 1995.
