New US Rule Protects Leatherback Sea Turtles from Shrimp Trawling

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has established a conservation zone for leatherback sea turtles in the waters off the eastern United States, restricting shrimp trawling activities to prevent turtle mortality.
