Federal Acquisition Regulation; Truth in Negotiations Act and Related Changes

The U.S. government has issued final rules to implement changes to the Truth in Negotiations Act, as mandated by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, with review from the Office of Management and Budget under Executive Order 12866.
