U.S. Secretary Proposes Amendments to Student Financial Assistance Regulations

The U.S. Secretary is proposing changes to regulations governing student financial assistance programs, aiming to simplify and improve existing rules, in response to the President's Regulatory Reform Initiative, to support the National Education Goals and enhance opportunities for postsecondary education.
