Notice is hereby given that Dr. Howard Braham, National Marine Mammal Laboratory, NMFS, 7600 Sand Point Way, NE. BIN C15700, Bldg. 4, Room 2149, Seattle, WA 98115-0070 has been issued a permit to take California sea lions (Zalophus californianus), Northern fur seals (Callorhinus ursinus), and Northern elephant seals (Mirounga angustirostris) for the purpose of scientific research.
