EPA to Review Proposed Settlement Agreement in OZ Technology v. Environmental Protection Agency Case

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed settlement agreement in a case filed by OZ Technology, which alleges the EPA failed to respond to petitions regarding Clean Air Act violations, and also claims the EPA made false statements about OZ Technology's products. The EPA will review comments for 30 days after publication of this notice.
