EPA Modifies Ocean Dumping Site Designations in Charleston, South Carolina

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the use period and improved management of an Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS) in the Atlantic Ocean offshore Charleston, South Carolina, while dedesignating a smaller site to ensure an environmentally acceptable ocean disposal site for projects in the Charleston area.
