CFTC Proposes New Rule for Automated Access to Electronic Boards of Trade

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has proposed a new rule allowing electronic exchanges outside the US to access automated trading systems that connect to US boards of trade without designating them as US contract markets, following public comments on a concept release from 1998.
