HUD Announces $2.5 Million in Funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities to Form Community Development Corporations

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is providing up to $2.5 million in Fiscal Year 1995 funds to ten Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to form Community Development Corporations (CDCs) and partner with the Structured Employment Economic Development Corporation (Seedco) for technical assistance and low-interest loan funding.
