RSPA Closes Rulemaking on Open-Head Fiber Drum Packaging Standards

The US Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has closed a rulemaking process for open-head fiber drum packaging standards for domestic transportation of liquid hazardous materials, as no alternative standards were found to be safer.
