FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Greater Buffalo International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Greater Buffalo International Airport and use the revenue at both Greater Buffalo International Airport and Niagara Falls International Airport, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
