NMFS Announces Bluefin Tuna Quota Reallocation

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has transferred 10 metric tons of Atlantic Bluefin Tuna from the longline-south Incidental subcategory to the General category, establishing a geographic set-aside for the New York Bight area to provide fishing opportunities and enhance biological assessment and monitoring data collection.
