National Indian Gaming Commission

The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.) provides for appointment by the Secretary of the Interior of two associate members of the National Indian Gaming Commission after public notice and an opportunity for comment. Notice is hereby given of the proposed appointment of Philip N. Hogen as an associate member of the Commission.
