Idaho Repeals Public Land Order No. 3398 for 1.42 Acres

The Bureau of Land Management will no longer control 1.42 acres of public land in Idaho, as a stock driveway is no longer needed, allowing for the land to be sold through public auction and potentially opened to surface entry for mining and mineral leasing.
