EPA Proposes New Standards for VOC Emissions from Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry Wastewater

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed new standards for volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from wastewater sources in the synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry (SOCMI), which is expected to come into effect following a public review period.
