Elimination of Unnecessary and Duplicative Hazardous Materials Regulations

The RSPA is proposing to eliminate unnecessary and duplicative hazardous materials regulations in the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR), aiming to make the regulations more user-friendly and enhance compliance. This proposal is in response to President Clinton's 1995 memorandum to review all agency regulations.
