Northern Utilities, Inc. Granted Blanket Authorization to Import Natural Gas from Canada

The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy has issued an order allowing Northern Utilities, Inc. to import up to 15 billion cubic feet of natural gas from Canada over a two-year period starting after October 31, 1995.
