EPA Grants Dow Chemical Stay on Toxic Chemical Reporting Requirements for DBNPA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a request from Dow Chemical Co. to suspend reporting requirements for 2,2-dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide (DBNPA), a toxic chemical listed under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, while the agency reassesses the data and considers a petition to delist the chemical.
