US Defense Department Suspends Small Disadvantaged Business Acquisition Rule

The Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology has temporarily halted a set-aside provision for small disadvantaged businesses in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), following a review by the Office of Management and Budget under Executive Order 12866.
