EPA Comments on Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed environmental concerns regarding several infrastructure projects, including a proposed bypass in North Carolina and a Las Vegas beltway corridor. The EPA has recommended that environmental assessments be conducted to mitigate potential impacts on air and water quality, fish and wildlife, and sensitive habitats.
