Kinross, Iowa Residents Appeal Postal Rate Increase, Establish Procedural Schedule

Residents of Kinross, Iowa, led by Kathleen Enz Allison, have petitioned the U.S. Postal Service to accept their appeal against the recent postal rate increase, and a procedural schedule has been established under 39 U.S.C. 404(b)(5).
