Minerals Management Service Expands Royalty-In-Kind Pilot Program

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) recently conducted workshops to discuss expanding its pilot program for collecting in-kind royalties on natural gas from Federal offshore leases, with the goal of streamlining royalty collections and testing a more efficient valuation process.
