EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico SIP Revision for Transportation Conformity Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the New Mexico State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County nonattainment area, which includes transportation conformity rules. This approval will enable the local air quality control board to implement federal transportation conformity requirements.
