New Mexico Repeals Part of Executive Order 5907 to Convey Land to State Park Commission

The New Mexico State Park and Recreation Commission will gain ownership of 60.82 acres of public land previously withdrawn for a water reserve, following the partial revocation of Executive Order No. 5907, which was enacted in 1988 and allowed for the lease of the land to the commission since 1976.
