DOT's Office of Hazardous Materials Safety Receives Applications for Exemption Modifications or Party Status

The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety has received applications for modifications to existing exemptions or to become a party to an exemption, following the procedures outlined in the Department of Transportation's Hazardous Materials Regulations. These applications are separate from new exemption requests and are being processed to expedite public notice and docketing.
