EPA Proposes to Modify Listing of Hydrochloric Acid on Toxic Chemicals List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to remove non-aerosol forms of hydrochloric acid from the list of toxic chemicals subject to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, citing a lack of adverse effects under ordinary exposure scenarios.
