Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Granting of the Application for Interim Waiver and Publishing of the Petition for Waiver of Consolidated Industries From the DOE Furnace Test Procedure (Case No. F-082)

The Department of Energy has granted an Interim Waiver to Consolidated Industries, allowing the company to test its USA and UCA series furnaces with a 30-second blower delay time, instead of the standard 1.5-minute delay. The Department is seeking public comments on the waiver request.
