Exemption From Property Tariff-Filing Requirements

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has exempted U.S. and foreign air carriers from filing international property tariffs, pending the reimposition of the duty in specific cases. The exemption, effective as of the final rule's date, cancels currently effective tariffs and dismisses pending applications.
