Nevada Terminates Recreation and Public Purpose Classification, Opens Land to Public Use

The state of Nevada has officially terminated its existing Recreation and Public Purposes Classification, effectively opening the land to public appropriation under public land laws and general mining laws, while respecting any existing rights.
