Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Safety Zone for Fourth of July Fireworks Display in Bellingham Bay

The U.S. Coast Guard is establishing a permanent safety zone for the annual Fourth of July Blast Over Bellingham Fireworks Display in Bellingham Bay, Washington, to better inform the boating public about the event. This permanent safety zone will replace the temporary zones previously established each year to protect the safety of life on the navigable waters during the event.
