Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Safety Zone for Ivar's Fireworks Display in Seattle

The U.S. Coast Guard is adopting a permanent safety zone for the annual Fourth of July Ivar's Fireworks Display in Elliott Bay, Washington, to better inform the boating public and enhance safety during the event.
