EPA Approves Oregon Plan for Certification of Pesticide Applicators with Amendment for Livestock Protection Collars

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced its intention to approve an amendment to the Oregon plan for the certification of pesticide applicators, which will also permit certification of applicators of 1080 Livestock Protection Collars (LPC). This approval was initially granted on March 30, 1976.
