EPA Region II Office Announces Final Determinations for Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality (PSD) Regulations

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II Office, in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), issued a total of 18 final determinations between May 1, 1994 and September 30, 1995, pursuant to the PSD regulations codified at 40 CFR Sec. 52.21.
