USPS Publishes Notice of Modifications to Privacy Act System of Records

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has published a notice of modifications to its Privacy Act system of records, USPS 050.005, which covers Finance Records--Accounts Receivable Files. The changes allow for the disclosure of limited information to permit holders or presenters of bulk mailings in certain circumstances.
